****Weather is not on our side this year as rain is in the forecast for both scheduled festival days. It is necessary to cancel this year’s festival to protect our organization from sustaining a loss. We will begin planning next year’s festivities in the next few weeks and invite you to assist us in that effort.  Also, please look forward to exciting announcement this weekend about the future of our organization.****

The SouthFest Community Festival provides family fun for area residents and visitors alike. SouthFest is well known for its live music not to mention Kenosha’s #1 rated festival Beer Garden as well as some really delicious food and to top it off we’ve added vendors of all sorts, plenty of things for the kids and of course you bring our most important ingredient, tons of community spirit.

Be a part of this great community event, it has everything a community festival could offer and then some. For the past five years our community has come together to make this event Kenosha’s PREMIER FAMILY FUN EVENT.

WEIRD SCIENCE  -  Saturday 1 to 5 pm

WEIRD SCIENCE is not your ordinary cover band. Formed in 2007 in Racine County, WI, this group insists on offering the public something they just can't get anywhere else: classic 80's party music remade in a modern Power-Pop style. Extremely high-energy Rock & Roll that's FUN! Fans of bands like Bowling for Soup will love WEIRD SCIENCE! Playing in and around southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois, the band has garnered several loyal followers (who are super-cool people by the way)!
Frontman A.J. Conolly's voice is amazing, and he's a blast to watch! J.T. Tyler is one of Wisconsin's premier progressive guitarists. Paul Balistreri is a fantastic bass player with impressive harmony vocals. Don Sieg is the driving beat. He always comes to play! The members of this band aren't kids; they are all in their early 40's with years of performing experience: mature, talented professionals with an infectious sense of humor!

Boy's and Toy'sDiverse, Powerful and Captivating. Turning heads while stripping away the stereotypical perception of a 3-piece band, one performance at a time. Since 1991, Boys and Toys has performed throughout the state of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. You name it, B&T has played it. No event is too big or small. It's all about having a good time-all of the time!
A SouthFest First, we look forward to having Boy's and Toy's make their SouthFest debut. Make sure you join us to make them feel welcome...
